OUR COVID CANCELLATION PROMISE:

If you are unable to travel to take your holiday because of a national lockdown, or because you are put into a Tier where you are unable to travel, or we are put into a Tier where we are unable to accept you, we will guarantee that you will get a full refund. - No quibble, no deductions.

The Covid refund promise covers lockdowns and Tier restrictions, but does NOT cover you (or members of your party) for being unable to travel because you (or a member of your party) fall ill with Covid, or are required to quarantine or self-isolate.  These events can be covered by you taking out travel insurance.  There are a number of policies that include cover for illness with Covid and self-isolation and you can look for suitable cover on comparison sites such as www.gocompare.com.  

With the exception of the specific circumstances above, any other cancellations are covered in our regular terms of hire.

USE OF OUR ON SITE FACILITIES:

We take all necessary measures to prepare your accommodation and offer facilities according to prescribed COVID standards. In making a booking you agree that:

- The use of all other shared facilities may be subject to change per government guidance in force at the date of your holiday.

- No cancellation is possible or refunds are available if advertised facilities are not available or any other aspect of your holiday is not as expected due to necessary Covid precautionary measures.

The safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority.
